Where are all the eggs? 🄲

I wish all my customers tipped me with their beloved recipes

Great, thanks so much! Typically it’s Mr Beefs job to chop up all the meats since he does it literally 10x faster than I can hahah, so it should be a good option. Any brand you recommend?

Are they slippery? I’ve always been concerned about the knife getting away from me. I’ve heard of bad experiences with glass cutting boards, and I assumed it’d be the same issue with any metal ones

I highly recommend grounding sheets to those with trouble sleeping, or those who don’t get to walk barefoot outside enough.

Options we use:

You won’t be able to tell them apart from other blankets upon initial use- other than the fact you plug them in to a spot in an outlet. They don’t heat up, and you won’t feel any electricity. But the more time you spend on them the more relaxed you’ll notice you feel.

If you think your mattress is causing you to sleep uncomfortably, try these first as they’ll help with inflammation and make you more comfortable.

There’s also mats you can put under your desk while you work.

Thought about getting one specifically for the cats, but they prefer their spot on the blanket.

Non-toxic swaps I’ve implemented in our home over the last year or so:

- Getting rid of plastics in the kitchen.

Replaced with wooden cutting boards, silicone tools, glass dishes/cups/containers

- Ditching non-stick pans.

Replaced with cast iron pans, caraway baking sheet & pot, silicone baking pans

- Replacing body/hair care products with tallow based, limited ingredient bars

- Raw milk.

- Fragrance/dye free laundry & dish soap

- Zero Water glass water filter

- Chemical free wool pillows with organic cotton pillow cases to replace the non-biodegradable, microplastic filled poly blend sacks

- Ditching all fragrance sprays and plug ins

- Avoiding seed oils & using only tallow or grass fed butter in the kitchen

Currently using up the rest of my Puracy disinfectant spray stash, which had replaced ā€œnormalā€ household cleaners like lysol wipes, windex, etc.

Will refill the bottle with water and vinegar going forward. I’m getting over my learned germ aversion and I’m much more concerned about the caustic chemicals that are deemed as ā€œnecessaryā€ in today’s world.

Back to basics.

Other replacements I’m working on include DIY toothpaste and mouthwash.

Good Morning Nostr ā˜ŗļø

In celebration of the closing of the first chapter of 2025, I’m dedicating my first post to even more new beginnings.

Primary focuses this year are centered around peaceful yet exponential growth as I approach my fourth decade of life.

Nourishing my body to maximize health and fertility. Maintaining a tranquil home environment. Strengthening relationships with family members. Reducing unnecessary stressors. Continuing to eliminate toxins from my surroundings. More DIY projects. Reading physical books more often. Spending less money. Gotta get my cats to lose some weight, as well.

And obviously, Stackin’ Sats. šŸ¤™šŸ»
