I think people get it when it comes to Bitcoin wallets. By people, I mean the normies / NPCs.

Building in the native capacity to do everything with BTC rather than Fiat in any form—cards, Apple Pay etc—is how we should move ahead.

I understand those who still keep on-ramps in Fiat. I truly do. It does lower the learning barrier. I’m not mad.

But I think this is the moment we can make a hard turn away from that, just based on what I see in the people I am onboarding.

Both are smucking fart, but didn’t need a hand hold or explanation beyond “here’s my QR code come follow”

They aren’t BTC maxis.

For people in 1st and 2nd world countries, the best thing to do with Bitcoin right now is to accumulate. Our transaction fees are low enough that we can use the existing currency as the medium of exchange, but we should be saving our reserve capital as much as possible in Bitcoin and using that as our primary Store of Value.

What we really need to do is encourage everyone to do that, while also encouraging people in developing countries to use Bitcoin as the Medium of Exchange. It's hard in a lot of areas because Internet Access is so hard to get, but any country where the inflation rate is 10%, 20% or 50% should be trying to transition to using Bitcoin Lightning Network as much as possible.

Agree 💯

And in 1st world too, for those of us who have been bent over by banks 🏦 and learned the hard way not to trust them

Bitcoin is survival the world over

The more we get on a BTC standard, the more we all win. Pay in Bitcoin, create Bitcoin circular economies, and store value in BTC

It will hit a tipping point that can’t be denied 🙅‍♀️
