Wos was having issues for me yesterday.
I miss swimming in the ocean so much. And I must start exercising again, I have not been my best and after needed rest my joints feel rusty
I hope you start up again soon, it’s so good for the body and soul 🫂
Thank you. My therapy is Nature, and making music in it, it is like soul chanelling, grounds me so much. But health has been not without its challenges and I am surfing those stormy waves rn . Sometimes it is hard to accept you need to rest, but I am starting stretch and be consistent in trying to regain endurance
Allow you body all the time it needs to heal, patience is a great tool.
It will happen at the right time for both body and soul 🫂💜
