why do i get weird vibes from some users who think it's a gross or not the best gateway to nostr?

i don't recall. it may have but i don't auto-anything. i do remember that it suggested people to follow which i thought was helpful.

Glad to heard to didn’t force you to follow. Nostr should start with an empty feed be default; we are the curators of the curated, We are the music-makers, and we are the dreamers of dreams 🫂

i don't think there should be any forcing. suggestions are welcomed and made optional. it would be impossible to curate a feed not knowing who or what to follow.
