Did Bitcoin get a privacy update?
Last time I checked everything was shown on a public blockchain.

As long as you can buy Bitcoin, or any other crypto you can swap into Monero.
Monero isn't on many Cexs unfortunately.
If you're in The U.S. you can get it with Kraken.

Though personally, I think Monero's privacy is easier to utilize since it's enabled by default without additional tools.

Monero is also one of the most widely accepted currencies on Dark web markets too if that's your thing.
