relays are not transmitted. it's not necessary with an abbreviation, like USA

It makes no sense when you formally write it out without the 'and' and 'by'

I like the design and colors but I would just do "NOSTR".

I think having Nostr on its own would look less busy, but between the L and the square, I prefer the square.

I’m not a designer but I would add something like this, for me this will spark curiosity, a hashtag, a bitcoin logo, something to google about it. 
Maybe just "follow me on Nostr" with a QR code to your profile?
