I had one beer last night. It was a session beer. An hour after finishing it I had a splitting headache that stuck with me til the morning. It’s just not worth it these days. I have no tolerance anymore because I’m making better choices. The delta between waking up fresh and waking up hungover has never been wider.
It is a necessary evil
