I went to a restaurant for my grandma's birthday and five hours later I was shaking, dizzy, & short of breath. Seed oils mess up my blood sugar so much 😭 crazy to think this was "just normal" for me as a teenager.

I hate eating out. So much better more nutritious food at home. Happy Birthday Grandma though!

I noticed that my enjoyment of eating out sharply declined once every restaurant was turned into an exosome huffing chamber post c19.
