Bloody northern lights where seen over my home last night according to everyone's FB pictures.
Just like the dramatic storm we had last week, I missed it.
I'm starting to resent sleep, despite having a good healthy routine.

That sucks, a January night in Scotland is no joke - I'd go to Norway to see them, even with the lack of certainty, happily...but to think I missed it on my own doorstep π
After being very excited to see this, I'm ashamed to say, I slept through it .. π
I wasn't even aware it was going to happen, I'd have made an effort if I'd known and probably still slept through anyway π must be getting old π

I caught a bit at midnight. Didnt take any photos thought as im no good with camera settings. Wish i had now as i think i actually did see something.
I'm in the middle of a large town so light pollution washed a lot of it out.. π₯²
You might not wanna hear this...but a few people on the book of faces have said their mobile cameras picked up more than their naked eye π but to have seen it though...omg that would have been special, even a glimpse. Someone else just pointed out it's supposedly got a chance of happening again tonight and tomorrow...
