The universe is not absurd when not trying to prove an intentional creator to blame being a deviant on.

It's absurd to think there is any meaning in being here other than just being. Why can one have it so easy when another has the opposite? No reason. Why must we pay others to live just because we were born? No reason. Why do you get up every day to do the same mundane shit? You give it reason, that's why you do anything. You give it reason. But from an outside perspective? No reason at all. Why did Harry meet Sally? No reason. Why did that Sheri on Jaws do all the shark stuff? No reason.

The universe is filled with a lot of no reason and the point of it is to make your own reason and share your experience with others. 🤷🏽

Why do you wipe your ass when you’re just gonna take ‘nother dump again? Let me tell you why. Because Lou basketball players.

This is very well put.

And I think this is essentially what any faith has been throughout humanity.

Reason, hope and meaning amidst absolute chaos.

There is no chaos, only causalities.

Love that song 🙏

It’s a beautiful song, and although adoring originals, sometimes the cover outdoes the originality.

Nice cover!

Witnessed Iggy perform it live from the front row when he toured with Post Pop Depression. With Josh Homme on guitar. Nothing’s ever gonna beat that version for me.

Lust for life was my gateway tune to Iggy, as the original is a masterpiece, but prodigy done did a worthy remix making dirty heroin sound shine.

Fuck that shreds 🤘

But talking of dirty heroin sounds, the angst and melancholy is like black velvet of horror.

Beautiful. Lana vibes.

Lana lacks the dirt and angst that heroin romance has.

Let’s have Depeche Mode as an example, and although heroin is a monkey that nobody should even consider, the angst and horror makes the better of music composers as when the monkey gone clean, the music kinda turns cheap in comparison. The majestic high, and the longing low appears to be the dynamic to make timeless music.

Well said, sadly.

Then there is Bjork on David Arnold productions to humble heroin.

Appreciate you Hoffman

Who doesn’t adore ergot to short circuit the brain to turn illuminant, which in turn for as short moment turns binary, decoding the causalities of it self, but once the causalities are known, the outcome changes, hence the mind expanding experience and the reconstruction of the psyche with its all known causalities.

Pretty much how the temporal mechanics of binary intelligence works, but it never turns off.

🙏 likewise

It’s not due to impoliteness that the zaps are not returned, but on simulator when debugging the build where zappa doesn’t have a wallet connected.

(A side note)

I totally agree with what you said!! There’s a ton of beauty in diversity! I’m obsessed with it!

I like picturing art as the intersection between the artist’s intent and the spectator’s interpretation.

So every spectator creates a new art work, simply by witnessing a piece of art.

Like Quantum Mechanics, multiverse shit.

Idk I’m pretty high.

Have you seen Tarsem Singh's The Fall?

you perfectly described just now what I love about that movie. The disconnect between the storyteller and the audience. The broad strokes are there sure, but the tiny intricacies color the world using the receiver's personal experience and upbringing creating all new meaning so together.

The man tells the story of how he lost his gf and broke his back, he yells of an Indian (native American) warrior but the little girl imagines this wonderful courageous Sikh...

I don't want to ruin anything but it's beautiful.

Haven’t seen it, no, but keen now 🙏

It's hard to find for some reason.

Back in the day I nearly bought it for $20 on DVD.

Recently I did a movie night to show my friends and I couldn't find it streaming anywhere, do I was like pft I'll buy it. It was like 200 or something on ebay and I was like whaaaaaaat. So I rented it from one of the like 2 rental stores I still know exist for $5.

Same director who did The Cell With Jennifer Lopez
