I have a friend,
He’s got the most retarded workout/training ideology/methods i’ve ever seen.
Yet, he’s one of the fittest, strongest, and most capable people i’ve ever met. Cuz he truly believes in the method(s).
Meanwhile, i’ve got friends who have studied/researched a million training pages and documents.
Yet, many of them look, feel, and work like shit. Cuz they don’t live by it. They lack belief, both in themselves, and the methods.
