I actually am and very proud of my discipline. The solution is simple - just not easy.
Too many women cop out and blame all their problems on menopause, post pregnancy etc but it takes REAL NON STOP EFFORT to stay physically fit.

For sure 🤩 moving (body AND soul) keeps you growing lifelong. I try my hardest showing this to my youngest, week in and week out ❤️ it remains only one decision away from this very moment, always. When they asked me where does this behavior originate from….put simply decision = stemming from Latin dēcīdere = to cut off from, end the ill, unhealthy & weak in life!!! 🥸❤️🌟
