5 days! Today in nature especially. Lots of synchronicities with nature and other things. So that’s always fun! A lot of gratitude. Wild we get to experience consciousness.

Next one might try coconut cleanse first then into 5-7 days again. See if it was the Christmas overindulgence and flying that capped it at 5 💫
