I think maybe when Penske opens tomorrow I'm going to call and see about getting the truck early. I can't do this just watching the smoke and listening to the water planes thundering by and just hoping all of my stuff doesn't burn like it did when I was a kid.

I'm extra upset because my friend snapped at me and called me useless the last time it happened because her man was asking me how to take care of their animals (she was out of town) and I was near panic attack and opted to just go to bed as a coping mechanism. I am terrified of fire and until we absolutely need to evacuate I need to keep myself calm.

I am responsible for Princess Aurora and my stuff. I'm happy to help and have been helping but to expect me to know how to take care of the seriously unknown number of exotic animals she keeps is unreasonable. Her man who co-owns those animals should have a plan in mind how to bug out if need be. That he doesn't is not on me.

So who's the useless one? 🙄

I swear if Penske was open today I'd go get a truck right fucking now I hate being a ball of anxiety trapped here. Unless they get the perimeter under control I think I need to reevaluate all my plans and just go ASAP. If we have to evacuate I'd be stuck here even longer in an even more uncomfortable position.
