Instructing computers to do your bidding by writing software is a tedious, masochistic process.

Yet it's far superior to the process of caring for and instructing humans to do your bidding.

It’s just faster.

Software is a massive leverage on humanity

Yes masochistic can be accurate. Developers often push themselves beyond their limits and burn out. I know from experience. We need to spend time doing human things for our bodies and souls.

Computers are awesome because they don't interpret your instructions, question them, procrastinate, have no committee, no management structure, no emotions, no genders, no political affiliation, no religion, no race, no biases, and you can't hurt their feelings or offend them. They just do exactly what the software tells them to do.

Bing's new Search-AI would like to disagree with you.

It’s also much more scalable
