I had some (washed) lettuce with slugs on them last year and swear I was high after my afternoon salad. Make sure to wash that diligently before eating.
No, but most plants are high in toxic oxalates and carcinogens i/o/w the don't want to be eaten.
But that truth would ruin your reality so just ignore it. Otherwise run all plants through ruminants who have several stomachs to digest the poisons and eat beef!
Slugs are brutal! We have fed them so much salad I feel they are our pets 😂😂
Latest defense is copper tape. Will be installing it later today.
