Do you use Apple or android? Apparently the #amethyst client for android has a feature similar to TikTok. Nostr is still new though and doesn’t have the funding like corporate social platforms. There is a client similar to YouTube that you can zap with. There’s so many developers on here working on cool tools or clients everyday. I am sure something like TikTok will be here soon if you mean with the filters and added features. You can upload short videos and post them in a note/get zapped here, but it’s not the same yet as far as giving you tools to record and edit videos in-app if I am not mistaken.
