Should I follow back everyone who follows me or should I continue being very selective with my follows?

I won't follow people who post every 5 seconds lol
Or only repost other people's posts and never any original thoughts.
I guess because Nostr doesn’t have twitter-like pushing algorithms (for a good reason), just reposting other people’s thoughts is useless here. I’m occasionally on science twitter, and there I know people that only repost papers and like gender/climate posts. And guess what? They have 3x more followers than I do 😂
Nostr is weird in a good sense and it should stay a weird place where cool people post random stuff from their everyday life and cryptography articles 😂
I see some great takes on here every day from random people, and I usually follow them after reading.

I used to follow almost every account I saw, but then my feed turned into a beg-for-zap madness without any useful feedback. I think there should be a good balance somewhere.
