Find a local rancher and buy 1/4 or 1/2 cow...(oh and you'll need a decent freezer).

You'll never again buy beef from a store...

Working on it. Just don't have the freezer space yet. Need the basement completed first

Get a freezer that'll take at least 1/2 a cow...you'll get better and more varied cuts. 😃
