Find a local rancher and buy 1/4 or 1/2 cow...(oh and you'll need a decent freezer).

I need a box truck and more solar panels for a freezer. (I live in an RV trailer, a smaller one, at that, so no room for a freezer at the moment.)

I get it--life is full of compromises. Still, we made the leap to local beef a few years ago, and I can't even begin to think about eating grocery beef again....
Basically. I want my box truck to be my tow vehicle, extra storage, extra solar panel space, and maybe even a mobile work rig.
