I stopped doing the challenge a while back. Now I just do the ones included in my training. 120 push-ups on mondays 🫡

does bracing mean like fully tensing them up? or just keeping them a bit sturdier?

Contract the glutes and abs. (As you contract the glutes, the abs will contract a bit too). It’ll give you stability while you do the exercise

Don't contract glutes too hard because then the sphincter comes into play

every day is anyway wrong for resistance exercise, you need a day off between work or you overtrain

I get that. The challenge was 100 pushups per day until bitcoin his 100k. 100 push ups is not a lot of volume compared to my regular training though. But totally agree with you on the fact that the challenge is not an optimal way to train.
