The greatest fantasy/sci-fi series of all time are, in my humble opinion:

Lord of the Rings

Red Rising

Stormlight Archive

Hyperion Cantos

Wheel of Time

Chronicles of Narnia

CS Lewis’ Space Trilogy

Zones of Thought

Mistborn

Isaac Asimov Foundation series.

Along with the robot series I'd say.

I’ve really enjoy the We Are Legion (Bobiverse) series by Dennis E Taylor (narrated by Ray Porter)with my son over the past few years. We listen to them on audible.

Enjoyed*

The bobiverse books were great

Andrzej Sapkowski - Witcher Saga (best fantasy books ever in my opinion)

R.A. Salvatore - Drizzt Saga

Planet of Adventure

First Law

King Raven

Troy

Harry Potter is elite.

The Expanse is great

I really liked these have you read the sword of Truth by Terry Goodkind? The sixth title, faith of the fallen, should really interest any capitalist

Stormlight Archive and Mistborn are so good. Really, all of Sanderson’s Cosmere novels are. Stoked to read Wind and Truth.

Have you also

Good list. I also really like Remembrances of Earths Past (Three Body Problem books)

Malazan book of the fallen

The Horus Heresy

Loved Iain M Banks ‘Culture’ works. Proper space opera. I suspect my reading of them today would be far more dystopian, but looking back his lead characters were always on the fringes and uncomfortable with the role of humanity in a galaxy run by AI (the ship Minds). I was gutted when he died, it was the first time I felt a personal sadness there would be no more books

Dune

Beautiful

Terry Pratchett’s Discworld novels.

Ken Macleod’s The Fall Revolution. In particular, The Stone Canal.

Tad Williams’ Otherland series.
