Where do you get these suggestions from? Do you actually do them yourself?

An herbalist on TikTok shared the method like 10 years ago.

I've used castor oil for cleanses before but without freezing it it'll give you the runs.

First time taking 5 frozen caps tonight (full moon). Ideally I would have started last night.

I've consumed at least 5 capsules worth of castor oil directly before, yes.

Has a long history of being used to induce diahrrea to overcome constipation and clear bacterial/parasitical related blockages.

Just had the 5 frozen caps.

Uneventful.

Will let you know if I pass worms over the next 5 days.

It's slow going. Sauna and other tools take time. Current place is clean. Will retest again in a few months.

Mold + metals + parasites tend to coaccumulate, hence the focus lately on these things.
