today is another full day of #captain stuff, we got a window to get the sanding done and approval from the yard, ladders, sanders, scrapers..

been on the grind for a while, crew is getting a bit grumpy as time wears on, but i expected this and will rise to the challenge of just keeping on pushing this last stretch and try to get out of their way and let them autonomously thrive without me breathing down their neck 🐳
