I think a more powerful messaging to builders would be that Nostr offers "free" infrastructure, at least in the sense that you need nothing but what is required to run a client itself in order to get up and running. The data is there, the servers are there, and anyone is free to tap into them.

Theoretically, yes. In reality, it's usually the builders who are running the server infrastructure.

It's the users, not the builders, who feel like Nostr is "free".
