Way less than US folks afaik. I wouldn't be scared to call an ambulance.. Or see a doctor or go to hospital in general. Well, not of costs at least 😄 hospital is always scary

So what, nobody wants to travel to the US because healthcare will rob them blind? There must be protection for travelers?

No, nobody wants to travel there because they would have to disclose all their social media of 5 years back and ICE would deport them to Alligator Alcatraz.
I heard of various German tech bloggers who canceled all their US trips, CES and all that. And I couldn't agree more.
