Way less than US folks afaik. I wouldn't be scared to call an ambulance.. Or see a doctor or go to hospital in general. Well, not of costs at least π hospital is always scary

I heard of various German tech bloggers who canceled all their US trips, CES and all that. And I couldn't agree more.
Had a similar experience in China. Big bad China! Lol. I got a full year of full hospital coverage from about a $1.50 and it took about 30 seconds at a window in the hospital. Totally normal hospital, not like whatever people imagine other countries to be like
