I think I might go back to mint, though.

Mint is a good one for sure, i plan to check out popOS again when they have the cosmic desktop fully implemented.

I keep waiting... LOL

OpenSuse Leap + Awesome Window Manager

I have heard good things about OpenSuse but i've never used it before. I'm on fedora currently.

Debian + Openbox

All my machines are old. I need more RAM 😅

I ran Debian for a while and I liked it, I've never used openbox though, all I know about it is that it's super minimal.

Very minimal. I also use stalonetray for a systray area, tint2 for a panel, and conky for some desktop widgets.
