This is the screenshot I did of the notification: “21k sats from Seth” - I think it was related to the Zap Cooking newsletter that went out this morning because I wrote I microfiction story for it. There were a few other zaps, but that was the one that I screenshot.
If it doesn’t come to me, would it revert back to the sender? I wouldn’t want them to loose sats because of my wallet situation.
Yes if it didn’t go to one of your wallets then it should fail. I’d reach out to Seth to confirm. He should be able to check the invoice.
I think Seth’s answer will be that he zapped the 21k to Simply Sarah’s note about the Zap Cooking newsletter, not me specifically.
I was tagged in Sarah’s note, so I guess that’s why I got the Damus notification. I saw the wording of “You received…” and assumed it was zapped to my wallet.
I just got another Damus zap notification, it wasn’t in my Primal wallet, but looking at the Primal notifications, that recent zap went to Simply Sarah’s newsletter note, and if I look at that note in Primal, I see Seth’s 21k.
Ah got it… that may be an issue with how Damus notifies people tagged on a note about a zap. Tagging nostr:npub1zafcms4xya5ap9zr7xxr0jlrtrattwlesytn2s42030lzu0dwlzqpd26k5 here to see if this is the case.
