Thought for the day: I think the cricket ball is the most beautifully crafted item in all of sport. Internally, it is 2 halves of spherical cork that are then covered with 2 pieces of leather and sewn together.

They're always very changeable from batch to batch. Obviously, they should be completely uniform but they're seemingly not🤷🏻♂️. In the last Test I think they used 3 different balls during one day😳😂.
