I think the wording is important. We stockpile weapons. We hold reserves of financial instruments.
There is verbiage in the EO that talks about issues of national security. Feels like a nod to softwar. The other interesting thing is the verbiage about protecting the sovereignty of the dollar.
That can be read a few different ways, but I'm hoping that he's talking about issuing currency directly from the treasury instead of the fed. Similar to a move back to greenbacks.
