No, he has historically been against op_return. I'm saying this helps explain why they'd take a technical debate to social media to whip up hatred against Core.
1. He faked the theft to make core look bad because he anticipated this PR.
2. The theft happened and he's opportunisticly using what's likely one of the worst things that's ever happened to him to boost knots usage.
3. The theft actually happen and he has valid reasons to suspect a core dev, even if that's not what happened.
3 seems most plausible to me. Which one do you think, or is there another explanation I missed?
