You're able to use NWC with Coinos, and it's a standard format so there's no good reason why NWC from Cashu won't work. It's frustrating, I know. I think you should contact calle from Cashu and see what he has to say. He's very helpful and responsive. In the meantime, you should switch back to Coinos and maintain the Cashu Wallet for ecash.
