What do the transaction details show?
Guessing breezās āfeatureā of not telling the user anything, plus a large inbound channel upgrade on the Phoenix side. But still that seems too high even for that.
Breeze fee was 890 sats to send, phoenix open channel fee was 14000 sats..

I can only guess that phoenix filled up your abacus before opening a channel, so the utxo size is the remaining after filling up your preexisting channel.
Welcome to the Lightning Network.
UPDATE: I got it. looks like it was waiting for an onchain transaction, but nothing in the UI indicated that. Were good now but that was scary and not sure ima fux with lightning for a while. Phoenix has given me nothing hut issues since instarted using it a year ago :(
Thanks everyone for help <3

I have not liked my lightning experience overall. There are some awesome things being built with lightning, but I wish it was easier to self host. My experience with integrated lightning in fountain has been great. For now I'm sticking to using custodial wallets and not keeping too much money in there.
My initial reaction when trying to figure out lightning was, this will never be easy to self host and I hope it fails so a better layer 2 could be built. Maybe I listened to podcasts that were too technical. I still kind of want it to fail despite the cool stuff being built.
