This is not directed at anyone individually, because I'm seeing a lot of this in re: the IRS Safe harbor FUD going on right now. For those of you that do not want to comply with US law (IRS, etc) out of principle, or do not want to even take advantage of things that will be to your financial benefit in the future, can I recommend that you change your position and try to stay out of prison please?

I'm pretty confused about this new law. Do you have any non legalese resources you can point to or even a concise explanation of what is going on? you'd do us all a world of service🙏

This is the best video Ive found but there are some others out there, nothing is concise because there is no real good guidance from the IRS thats the fundamental problem here is the IRS has left it ambiguous because its the fucking government. So, everyone is scrambling to do their best under the circumstances.
