desktop / mobile interoperability for an acct was huge, added recently and worked for me when i tried it out
I forget exactly why I stopped using it but it was enough to make me want to quit

Maybe dropped messages with no errors? Even after hearing, "it's much better now", I ran into that defect immediately, as I akways have in the past. I've blacklisted the app.
