I think the issue is on how to link the list choice and the relay choice. Does each list have their relays? Or maybe each list have relay list options? Or maybe the relay list is global and works for all lists?
Making that make sense in the UI is a challenge.

Unfortunately, Amethyst is not available for the computer (Linux). And on my Android smartphone, Amethyst unfortunately always crashes after 1-2 minutes and the app then closes by itself. I have not yet been able to find a solution to this problem.
Which android phone do you use again? Is it a memory issue ? If so it gets slow before crashing.

Yes, I know it's a bad phone. And yes, it only has 2GB of RAM. I just checked it now. And even without opening Amethyst, 1.5 GB of the 2 GB are already occupied. So yes, it's probably the RAM that's too small that's the problem. Approximately how much RAM does Amethyst need?
Usually 1GB. But with the way many profile images go for 10-50MB, it can easily go up.
I have now found out that Amethyst always crashes when I connect it via Orbot. It always works for a few minutes and then crashes. Without Orbot it works much longer without crashing. But I also suspect that it is due to too little RAM memory. That's a shame, because I really like Amtehyst! But unfortunately I don't have the money to buy a better smartphone. That makes me sad.
You can run Amethyst clearnet through Tor if you use an app like Invizible Pro. I find that more relays work than using the proxy. You would need to figure out the settings to reduce memory use though as it does much more than Orbot currently.
Can Amethyst optimize the images before caching for use?
i think the image optimization is something many clients have to work on...amethyst holds like a GB of cache in memory for me
I've cleaned it at 1.4gb. I am wondering about what other data is stored too since 16gb is quite large for any app.
somehow i never got that much data, this is usual data it stores. I have noticed downloading something like "en dv. zip" file at many times...curious to know what is that

It's 25-50MB for each translation model (each language pair that you see in the feed) + raw images and videos (which are big because we don't have a central server to scale them down, etc).
May profile pictures for instance are 10-20MB in size. Some GIFs are 50MB each.
So... It fills up quickly.
