It was a crap store and business model. I paid more in fines than I did renting. How about this as a better example.
Here we used to have the videotron super club. basicly a dvd renting club, this is big nostalagia for me. I Remember the good smell of popcorn, the claw machines and the stack of canvas paintings at the end of each alley and the endless movies and games to get our hands on.
Imagine going there and using BTC to pay for the rented videos!

Streaming is trash anymore, I'm tired of being told to be a perpetual renter with monthly subscriptions. As a kid I dreamed of owning my own video rental store, now as an adult I'm saying no to $100/mo of different streaming services and I'm instead building my own "video store" style library of DVDs/Blu-rays/4K Blu-rays. I'm almost to 1000 films for about $7k. Feels good.
