I’ve recently learned that jet leg is actually not as bad when you have a young child because you’re already used to constant tiredness

Interesting
It gets worse again (the Jet lag) once you start sleeping.
Ie AFTER they are out of the teenage years. WELL out. 😝
This is so true.
Haha... That is so precise!!
For anyone who travels internationally— I cannot recommend this app enough.
Start a few days before your flight and you will have zero jet lag. This app was a savior when I travelled between US-China

3 kids deep and haven't really had a full night sleep in 15 years.
"Billions have done it before us and somehow survived" is my last grasp at hope - hahaha
Haha very true
A few years back we flew to South Africa on first with two young children. Fellow passengers were aghast. Much to their shock, they slept through the night while the wife and I didn’t get a minutes rest.
