I get that. I have trouble saying "no" when I should. I just need to remind myself every "yes" to something that's not my top priorities, it is a "no" to me being able to use that time on my top priorities.

And it's worth remembering that even according to the laws of #physics, everything in this world moves at the #speed of light in #space-time. That is, in a second of idleness, we fly in space-time the distance that light flies in a second. One second of life is 300,000 km in space-time.
