Benefits I’ve noticed apart from weight loss of 25 pounds are numerous. Clearer mind reduced inflammation of old sports injuries and no afternoon crashes.
It has definitely been worth while for me to make the switch

Yeah that’s what I was insinuating with the quotes. It’s just the way humans are suppose to eat. No fake shit. No calorie counting. Just a bunch of salty meat when you’re hungry and carry on.
