I think it depends on how you define vacation.

Have you taken trips?

Have you intentionally set aside time for yourself?

Does a vacation equal seeing and spending a prescribed amount of time with particular somebodies and/or away from or in someplace?

I can safely say for us, it has been precovid, life sort of hit us in a few ways at the end of Covid.

Have we taken trips? Yes.

Have we visited friends, family, and framily? Yes.

Have we taken a vacation? Not really.

A vacation for us usually means a few things:

1. Unplugging

2. Cruise

3. Exploring nature/national parks

4. Just the three of us / friends / family / framily

5. Duraration!!! This is the key for us, usually 10-15 days of intentionallity

Define vacation.

2022? Lolz. I've taken two vacations in 15 years. PoW.
