I used to rewind my dreams. No one else in the dream would know that I had reversed time for long enough to make a different decision. However, it wasn't 100% lucid, as I wasn't aware that I was dreaming.

I've had 100% lucidity as well. I've also had 100% lucidity flip-flop on and off during some dreams. That was trippy.
