Anybody else been getting shorted on #fold rewards? I buy gift cards for Amazon and they are supposed to be 2.5% in sats, but the last 4+ purchases I calculate the percentage and pull sats/dollar conversion rates at the SAME TIME the transaction takes place, and the rewards all end up only being about 1.6% - 1.8%, while the app says 2.5% right there by the sats. nostr:npub1h8nk2346qezka5cpm8jjh3yl5j88pf4ly2ptu7s6uu55wcfqy0wq36rpev you've been promoting them for some time now. Is there something I'm missing? I have spin + subscription. The sats/$ rate can't be THAT far off between services can it? Is Fold just pricing BTC way below other sources (like crypto.com, coinbase, etc)? I'm increasingly disappointed in Fold, but I don't know of other cards that give sats back so something is better than nothing, but the CONSTANT changes, lack of support, past buying restrictions, and shorting of rewards now is getting on my damn nerves. If any other competing offer exist, Id probably stop using Fold.

🤔🤔 Haven't done the math on it really, just do a rough in my head. Now I'm curious though, I'll check mine for the next couple of days to see.

They've been hit from the payment processor side with the fees they are able to get around (which is what they pass on to users), for whatever reason. So rewards have fallen pretty regularly. I think the big payment processors don't like that people are using prepaid cards at a *huge* rate these days fro a variety of reasons.

Hopefully this improves, but its sad to see my sats rewards drop. Still got mu fingers cross for their credit card which will enable higher rewards because the difference in how they work. But it's been on the burner for a long time without getting to a release.

We will see. As for now i just like getting sats, anyway I can get more I'm 100% on board 😂
