Many agendas are emergent and recieve its own life by propaganda, mass psychology and warped incentives, sustained by fiat currency. Its a systemic problem.
To break the hypnosis, the narrarives needs to constantly challenged and other viewpoints needs to be heard. The formation can only occur when the narrative is unchallenged. This is why freedom of speech is paramount. Counter bad speech with better speech.
