Been attempting to train -> have tons of protein and carbs -> start a 20 hour fast, but every single night at around 8PM ( 10-12 hours into the fast), I become a ravenous animal. Eat fucking everything lol.

So difficult.

The only way I've been able to get past that initial hump is sleeping pills at night. Once I make it to morning its much easier to manage hunger.

Was thinking about this earlier today. Might have to give it a try. Violently went for the pop tarts / nachos combo last night 😂. Completely LOST it lol.

The easiest way I’ve found to do it, is start the night before. So stop eating at like 7pm. Sleep, and depending on when you wake up you’re 10-12 hours in. Then you just have the day to go through.

Yeah…agreed with the sentiment that hunger is easier to deal with in the morning. Combination of making sure I get to sleep, and having my last meal late-ish, is what I’m going to try tonight. Holding off on dinner as long as possible today lol.

No doubt. I’ve found it easier to tackle the night on a full stomach.
