The easiest way I’ve found to do it, is start the night before. So stop eating at like 7pm. Sleep, and depending on when you wake up you’re 10-12 hours in. Then you just have the day to go through.

Yeah…agreed with the sentiment that hunger is easier to deal with in the morning. Combination of making sure I get to sleep, and having my last meal late-ish, is what I’m going to try tonight. Holding off on dinner as long as possible today lol.
No doubt. I’ve found it easier to tackle the night on a full stomach.
