I should make a run down to you to trade jars of beets. We could crack them open and have a taste off... My family recipe is a big hit with everyone who has tried them. It would be fun to try your family recipe. You must have gotten a good early start on your beets. Ours just sprouted two weeks ago. I'm looking forward to our canning season too.
