nostr’s identity system is underrated. especially when combined with zaps. it’s far easier than anything else out there, gives its owner full agency, and comes with micropayment funding.

“login with nostr” buttons on every service out there should be a goal.

This is the only way we get to have personal identity and control of that in the age of advanced autonomous AI agents. Npub + zap is proof of human.

If you add human readable naming on top of existing npub functionality, that would make it easier to scale Nostr/log in with Nostr and reach people who live outside of Bitcoin.

I doubt that «add my npub» has any competitive advantage compared to «I’m Erik. Add me anywhere you like because I’m Erik across all the platforms».
