I just finished re-watching the whole Underworld series of movies.

The movies actually aren't that good. I just like Kate Beckinsale in skin-tight black leather.

I tried to re-watch one last year. The volume difference between dialogue and sound effects nearly wore out the volume buttons on my remote. It's like those podcasts and YT videos whose max volume appears to be based on an excessively loud ad or short noisy clip.

I miss my old Rio Karma MP3 player and its built-in auto gain control.
